Our Team
Umma Ummaraphas Dararat is the co-founder of PROF Managements Co., Ltd. She has over 20 years of experience and expertise in hospitality and property management with leading real estate developments and property management companies in Phuket. She gained over 5 years of experience as a CJP Manager, Estate Manager, and Villa Manager in leading professional property management companies. Additionally, she has over 10 years of experience as Head of Operations and Hospitality in leading hotels and real estate development companies. Prior to establishing her own company, she aimed to utilize her extensive experience to serve her customers at her best. She focuses on meeting the needs and satisfaction of her customers as much as possible, delivering quality service with a professional team.
Ummaraphas Dararat (Umma) – Co-Founder & Managing Director
Umma is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of PROF Managements Co., Ltd., bringing with her over 20 years of extensive experience in hospitality and property management with leading real estate development and property management companies in Phuket.
She has held various senior management roles, including CJP Manager, Estate Manager, and Villa Manager in top-tier property management firms for over 5 years, where she gained expertise in operations, asset management, and premium residential service. Additionally, she spent more than 10 years as Head of Operations and Hospitality in renowned hotels and real estate development companies, honing her skills in team leadership, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence.
Prior to establishing her own company, Umma envisioned delivering a truly professional, trustworthy, and seamless property management experience for her clients. Her dedication focuses on understanding and meeting each client’s unique needs, ensuring quality service delivery through a highly skilled team. She continues to uphold her commitment to excellence, providing peace of mind to property owners and investors under her company’s care.
Rachata Kraisart (Reacher) – Co-Founder & Director
Mr. Rachata Kraisart, known as Reacher, is the Co-Founder and Director of PROF Managements Co., Ltd. Born and raised in Phuket, he possesses deep local expertise in the real estate market across Phuket and neighbouring provinces, covering both low-rise and high-rise properties. His extensive knowledge of property types, facilities, and community amenities enables him to provide insightful and professional advice to property owners, investors, and visiting clients alike.
With over 20 years of experience in human resource management, training, and skill development, Reacher is a seasoned professional in enhancing workforce capabilities and operational efficiency. His leadership style combines strategic thinking with a commitment to people development, ensuring high service standards and strong team performance within the company.
Reacher is dedicated to delivering trustworthy, high-quality property management services, leveraging his local insights and management expertise to maximise value and satisfaction for every client.
Samak (Bang) – Project & Maintenance Manager
Khun Bang brings more than 20 years of professional experience in building maintenance and project management, with in-depth expertise covering electrical systems, air conditioning, water filtration systems, pool maintenance, renovation works, and general property upkeep. His practical approach and problem-solving skills ensure all maintenance and renovation projects are executed efficiently and to the highest standards. He has managed property maintenance for villas, residential estates, and commercial buildings throughout Phuket, earning client trust for his reliability and quality of work.
Sunitar (Tar) – Landscape Manager
With over 20 years of expertise in landscaping and garden maintenance, Khun Tar is highly respected in the industry for his dedication and craftsmanship. His specialties include garden design, planting, softscape and hardscape installations, and the care of large trees and ornamental plants. He has extensive hands-on experience in creating and maintaining private villa gardens, commercial landscapes, and large-scale residential projects across Phuket and southern Thailand. His meticulous attention to detail ensures that every landscape under his care remains lush, vibrant, and aligned with each property’s unique identity.
